Welcome to Asian Addicts blog.
If you watch Korean, Taiwanese, Japanese and Chinese drama then you have found the right place to get the latest news, reviews, music and Asian entertainment.
Let's talk about The Heirs!!
The latest drama of Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye has finally started airing in Korea. The Heirs aka the Inheritors, started airing on October 9, and with just 6 episodes it has shown outstanding ratings.
The story is based on the life of Kim Tan (Lee Min Ho) and Cha Eung-Sang (Park Shin Hye). This drama falls into the common Korean plot which is the love between a rich man and a poor woman.
In this drama I think that we have the opportunity to see how these two characters, regardless of their social status, deal with the conflicts between their brothers and sisters. In one hand, Kim Tan, the youngest Heir of the Empire Group, is trying to understand why his brother has kicked him out of his house and sent him to the States. On the other hand, Cha Eung-Sang has come to the States to find her sister, but unfortunately she has come to the States to realized that her sister lied to her and her mother. Cha Eung-Sang is grieving because her role model has turned out to be a lie, and now she is alone in a country that she doesn't know and has no money to go back to Korea. Later, we see some cute scenes that show us how these two lovers are interacting and spending time together. (My favorite one is the dinner at the restaurant where they are wearing the California shirts!! cutest thing ever!!!)

As the drama evolves, we will see Lee min Ho and Park Shin Hye's become more and more mature and face tensions with the other characters. For all the fans, we will see how the relationship between these two lovers gradually become more romantic.
So far there has been tension, romance and comedy in the episodes making the drama more entertaining. There are still many things that haven't been explained in the drama. For instance not knowing the deal between Kim Tan and his brother, or the reasons why Kim Tan and Choi Young Do hate each other so much will definitely keep all of us in suspense.
Don't miss out the next episodes of the Heirs and stay tuned for the next Asian addict post.
